Apple Custard Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Put apples in bottom of shell.
  2. Sprinkle 1 T. sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg over.
  3. Beat eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla and salt.
  4. Pour over apples in shell.
  5. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or longer until done.
