Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • 1 1/2 cup wholewheat flour
  • 1/4 cup splenda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup soy milk
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients together and set aside
  2. Sift dry ingredients together
  3. Beat egg, milk and oil together
  4. Add apple
  5. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes
