Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions:

  1. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl beat the egg then add sugar, milk and melted butter.
  3. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture stirring quickly with a fork.
  4. Pour batter into a well greased 8 square pan
  5. Mix together Topping ingredients in a small bowl and sprinkle over batter.
  6. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Can be drizzled with a simple icing after.
