Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place apples in a greased 2- quart casserole; set aside.
  2. Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a small mixing bowl. Stir in egg to form a crumb mixture; sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over apples. Pour melted butter over top, and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
  3. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Spoon into individual serving bowls, and serve hot with whipping cream, if desired.
