Ingredients:

  • 3 -4 apples
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Use ungreased pie pan or 8 square pan.
  3. Core and slice apples into pie pan.
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon over apples.
  5. In a bowl cut shortening into flour and sugar.
  6. Sprinkle over apples.
  7. Bake 30-35 min until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm or cold.
