  1. In a large bowl combine cabbage, carrots, scallions, parsley, and apples. In medium bowl combine all dressing ingredients together until well blended then set aside. Combine dressing and salad and toss until well blended then refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Mix salad right before serving to evenly distribute the dressing.
