Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cabbage, finely shredded (i buy bagged shredded cabbage)
  • 1/4 cup carrot, shredded (i buy bagged shredded carrots)
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 cup whole milk
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/8 cup buttermilk
  • 3/4 tbsp white vinegar
  • 3/4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions:

  1. In a large bow, combine cabbage, carrots, and onion; toss well.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix all the other ingredients.
  3. Pour mixture over cabbage and mix thoroughly. Cover bowl and refrigerate 5 hours.
  4. This makes 12 servings.
