Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup nuts (or combo) or 1 cup raisins (or combo) or 1 cup cranberries (or combo)

Directions:

  1. Sift dry ingredients together.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl; gradually add dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake in a preheated 350F oven for an hour or until a cake tester comes out clean.
