Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
  3. Combine applesauce, eggs, apple juice concentrate, and oil.
  4. Blend with a whisk.
  5. Stir in flour mixture, 2 cups of granola, and 1 1/2 cups of cheese.
  6. Spread into a lightly greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  7. Top bars with remaining cheese and 1/2 cup granola.
  8. Bake 20 to 24 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
  9. Let stand at least 10 minutes; cut into bars.
  10. Serve warm or at room temperature.
