Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp splenda
  • 1 tbsp applesauce
  • 1 1/2 cups low fat milk

Directions:

  1. Mix first four ingredients
  2. Add remaining ingredients
  3. Mix well.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto skillet/waffle iron
