Ingredients:

  • 500 g apples
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 ml water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • pinch of nutmeg pwd .

Directions:

  1. Chop and stew the apples with water and sugar for 10 mins . Cool it .
  2. Blend it with the condensed milk , eggs and nutmeg pwd .
  3. Pour into a greased dish and cover with a foil .
  4. Steam for 40 mins .
  5. Serve hot ot cold .
