Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup buttermilk
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 cups diced apples

Directions:

  1. Mix together first 8 ingredients and cream well. Add in apples and pour into a greased oblong pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
