Ingredients:

  • 12 medium sized apples
  • 1 1/2 sticks of butter
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 tbsps cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Directions:

  1. Peeled and core your apples, cut into 8th - while peeling coring and slicing keep apples in a bowl of cold lemon water, to keep them from turning brown.
  2. Making sure your butter is room temperature, blend the rest of your ingredients.
  3. Place apples in a well greased 9 x 13 pan top with your sugar mixture and bake at 325 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes or until apples are bubbling on side and in the center.
  4. Serve with a dolup of whip cream or some vanilla ice cream.
