Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup applesauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2-1 cup apple

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease and flour 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  3. Beat butter, sugar, and eggs until mixed.
  4. Sir in applesauce.
  5. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Fold in apples.
  8. Pour batter into loaf pan.
  9. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes.
  10. Cool for 10 minutes.
