Ingredients:

  • 4 cups sliced pared apples
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Mound apples in buttered 9 inch pie pan; sprinkle with the orange juice.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl.
  3. Sprinkle over apples.
  4. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until apples are tender and topping crisp.
