Ingredients:

  • 1 medium shredded apple
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup cranberries
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Combine carrot, apple, sugar, and oil in medium mixing bowl.
  2. Add in baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon to mix and stir until well mixed inches.
  3. Combine flour and oats to mix. Once that is mixed together add in egg and egg white and water.
  4. Then finally stir in raisins, cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
  5. Pour in non-stick bread loaf pan and bake at 350°F for 50 minutes.
