Ingredients:

  • 2 oranges , juice of or 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 oz whipped cream (optional)

Directions:

  1. In the blender put the 10 ice cubes, low fat yougert and the 2 sqeezed oranges or the 2 cups of orange juice, then blend on high for 5 minutes.
