Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook tortellini according to package directions.
  2. Quarter artichoke hearts.
  3. Thread cooled tortellini, artichokes, olives and pepperoni slices onto 25 skewers.
  4. Place in a shallow baking dish or refrigerator container.
  5. Drizzle with salad dressing turning to coat.
  6. Cover and chill at least 4 hours then drain well before serving.
