  5. /4 cup crabmeat, shredded
  6. /4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  7. Green onions, minced
  8. /2 teaspoon dried mustard
  9. /2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  10. /8 teaspoon salt
  11. /8 teaspoon pepper
  12. Puff batter
  13. /4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
  14. /2 cup water
  15. /2 cup flour
  16. Eggs
  17. Directions
  18. In bowl, mix together first 7 ingredients. Set aside.
  19. In saucepan, heat butter and water to a boil. Remove from heat. Add flour and beat until mxiture does not stick to sides of pan and forms into a ball.
  20. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until each is fully incorporated, Carefully fold in crab-cheese, mixture.
  21. Drop mixture by rounded teaspoonfuls onto greased baking sheet, about 1 inch apart and bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until golden. Serve hot.
  22. Note: These can be frozen after they are baked. To reheat, bake at 325 for about 10 minutes.
