Angel Hair With Tomatoes, Basil and Garlic

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for one minute.
  3. Add tomatoes, basil, salt and pepper. Cook for three minutes.
  4. Add hot pasta to skillet and toss well.
  5. Add chicken broth to skillet and stir.
  6. Toss with Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
