Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. On a large plate, lay the potato slices and sprinkle half of the cheese over them.
  2. Arrange the other salad ingredients in circles around the plate - or combine them all and put over the top - up to you, it looks good either way
  3. Put the flaked tuna/salmon over the top and sprinkle with the rest of the cheese
  4. Scatter the olives on top - or serve them in a side dish.
