Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Ancho milk: Steep chilies in milk for 10-15 minutes, cool slightly and puree.
  2. Use as you would regular milk.
  3. Ancho potatoes: Place mashed potatoes in a saucepan and add the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Heat slowly, stirring regularly to avoid burning and to blend well adding the remaining milk if needed.
