Ingredients:

  • 5 lbs roast
  • 2 tsp minced garlic (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Put the roast in a crockpot. Insert garlic into small slits in the roast. pour the entire contents of the pepperoncini peppers over the roast. Cook on low for 8-10 hrs until the meat falls apart easily.
  2. This makes delicious left over sandwiches as well!
