Ingredients:

  • 2 slices bread
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp coriander
  • 2 tsp mint

Directions:

  1. Wash,boil and mash the potatoes.
  2. To the mashed potatoes add the bread slices which are dipped in water and then immediately squeezed ,red chilli powder,haldi,salt,coriander and mint chopped.
  3. Mix everything together.
  4. Make 10 balls from the mixture.
  5. Shape the balls into cutlets.
  6. Heat a non stick frying pan.
  7. Grease it with 2tbsp oil.
  8. Now place the prepared cutlets in the pan.
  9. And shallow fry till they are golden brown.
  10. On both sides.
  11. Serve the hot tikkis with ketchup.
