Ingredients:

  • 4-5 medium size potatoes
  • 1 medium size tomato or some fine juliens of raw mango
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice
  • 1tbsp of coriander chutney/ if you can find an indian store try imli chutney
  • some sugar and salt according to taste
  • some pomegranate to garnish and peanuts

Directions:

  1. Boil the potatoes
  2. Remove the skin after its managebly cool
  3. Cut in dices (maybe size of small button mushrooms).
  4. Let it cool
  5. Take mixing bowl
  6. Put the chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, ginger, potatoes.
  7. Sprinkle some red chilly powder, salt and sugar.
  8. Now in small bowl mix the chat masala, lemon juice, coriander chutney.
  9. Pour the chutney mixture over the potatoes and give it good toss.
  10. Garnish it with some pomegranate, peanuts and fresh finely chopped coriander/mint
  11. You can add some more chillies or chutney to spike it up.
  12. Voila..
