  1. Heat the oven to 450°F/230°C. Stuff the prunes with the almonds. Cut the bacon in half and wrap a piece around each date. Set on a baking sheet and broil about 10 minutes, turning once, until the bacon is crisp. Serve hot with cocktail picks for spearing.
