Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325º.
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with lid (or use individual ramekins).
  3. Combine milk, almond extract, eggs, sugar, salt, butter and lemon juice.
  4. Beat well.
  5. Add cherries and rice; stir to combine.
  6. Pour mixture into baking dish.
  7. Cover and bake until set, about 45-50 minutes.
