Ingredients:

  • 4 cups oats (regular oat
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup toasted chopped almonds (optional - my version)

Directions:

  1. Mix first 3 ingredients together in a large bowl and let stand at least 4 hours or over night.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients into the oat mixture before baking.
  3. Bak at 350 degrees for 10 min.
