Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar , packed
  • 2/3 cups cooking oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup sour milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups rhubarb
  • 2 1/2 cups sifted flouor
  • 1 tsp soda
  • 1/2 cup nuts, chopped

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients in order given.
  2. Divide dough and put into two greased and floured loaf pans.
  3. Bake in 325 degree oven, (Actually they have 350 then the 325 written over it. I do not really know here, but my guess 325 glass pan 350 non-glass) for 1 hour.
