Allrecipes Pasta Primavera with Turkey Sausage

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to directions on the box. reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water when draining the pasta
  2. Brown sausage in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add 2 Tbsp olive oil, garlic, onion, zucchini, squash, tomatoes, and bell pepper. Saute until soft (3-5 minutes).
  4. Mix in bouillon and red pepper flakes.
  5. Add pasta and basil to the skillet stir to combine, adding some or all of the pasta water if necessary.
  6. Serve with parmesan cheese if desired (not included in the calorie calculations)
