  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Brown sausage and bacon, cut into small pieces and place in large mixing bowl. Dice green pepper, drain mushrooms and add sausage. Mix 2 dozen eggs with 1/4 cup milk in small mixing bowl. Scramble egg mixture over medium heat and salt to taste. Add eggs to sausage mixture. In a small bowl, place cream cheese and 1 tablespoon milk. Mix thoroughly until creamy. Add to sausage and egg mixture.
  2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and spread into greased 9 x 12 pan. Sprinkle with paprika to taste. Bake for 25-30 minutes. You may serve with toast or muffins.hash browns and a good juice
