Alaskan Cucumber Salmon Dip

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain can of salmon then flake fish into bowl and set aside.
  2. Put cucumber into another bowl and sprinkle with salt.
  3. Allow to stand 15 minutes then rinse thoroughly.
  4. Pat dry and mix into salmon with remaining ingredients.
  5. Serve with pita toasts or assorted crackers.
