Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 4 cups cold water

Directions:

  1. Peel and cube the watermelon.
  2. You may blend all of the ingredients together in a blender until liquefied'and then strain out the seeds.
  3. Alternate method(this will prevent the drink from becoming too foamy,but it's a lot more work):place about 1 cup of the cubed watermelon in a sieve placed over a large bowl.Press the fruit through the sieve using a wooden spoon,until all of the juice is extracted.Repeat with remaining watermelon until you have used all of it,periodically throwing out the seeds as you go.Add all other ingredients.Serve immediately in a large pitcher.
  4. You may want to adjust the honey and lime to taste as every fruit will vary in sweetness and flavor.
