A Great Seafood Burger

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lbs fish (any white will do)
  • 1/2 lbs shrimp
  • 1 -2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 -1 tsp dijon mustard
  • pinch pepper
  • pinch salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all the ingredients. Shape into burger size patties. Grill for 10 to 15 minutes or until desired doneness. If cooking indoors, fry in light olive oil. Serve on your favorite bun with tartar sauce or shrimp sauce or alone with a salad.
