Ingredients:

  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 tbsp. oil or butter
  • 3 eggs , large
  • 1/2 cup water or milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • combine dry ingredients.
  • combine eggs and oil , then beat.
  • add milk , then beat for 2-3 minutes.
  • pour into three 8 inch square pans, greased, and bake for 20 minutes in a hot oven (450 degrees)
  • 3/4 cup scalded milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • beat egg, milk, honey, and butter together.
  • add the flour gradually.
  • knead until smooth.
  • prick with a fork.
  • bake on a baking sheet in a 375 degree oven for 15 or 20 minutes.

  2. INGREDIENTS:
  3. 1/2 lb. longhorn cheese
  4. 3 eggs
  5. 1/2 lb. jack cheese
  6. 1-1/3 cup milk
  7. 1 cup all-purpose flour
  8. 1/2 cup melted butter
  9. 1 tsp. salt
  10. METHOD:
  11. Grate cheeses.
  12. Mix ingredients and put in a greased and lightly floured pan.
  13. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
