  1. Spray frying pan with oil. Saute onions until translucent. Saute ham, onions and tomatoes.
  2. Separate egg whites. Add a little water. Mix egg whites and water. Spray frying pan with a little oil. Fry egg whites.
  3. Add vegetables to pan with egg whites and fold. Remove from heat.
