Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soak and drain beans
  2. In a large sauce pan, combine beans, parsley, carrots, cereley,salt, and water
  3. Bring to boil, let boil for 20 minutes
  4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 1/2 hour
  5. In a large frying pan, cook peppers, onions, and garlic in olive oil until soft
  6. Add to beans
  7. In same pan cook kielbasa until brown
  8. Add to beans
  9. Cover and simmer for another 1/2 hour
  10. Cube ham steaks
  11. Add to beans
  12. Cover and simmer for another 1/2 hour
  13. Serve
