Ingredients:

  • 4 cups thinly sliced zucchini
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp basil

Directions:

  1. Mix all together and marinate for at least 2 hours if not more.
  2. The longer it sits the better it tastes.
  3. Yummy!
