Ingredients:

  • 3 cups zucchini
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 cup bisquick
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup oil

Directions:

  1. Chop or shred zucchini. Mix all ingredients together & pour in greased pie pan. Bake in 350 degree over until dry and browned. 30 to 60 minute.
