Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fill electric frying pan with oil to a depth of 2 inches.
  2. Heat to 375 degrees.
  3. Combine milk and egg in a bowl.
  4. Mix together dry ingredients and add to egg mixture; mix well.
  5. Fold in zucchini and pepper.
  6. Drop batter by teaspoonfuls into hot oil.
  7. Fry until golden brown; turn once.
  8. Drain completely on paper towels.
