Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine zucchini, onion, bacon, cheese, sifted flour, oil and lightly beaten eggs.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour into a well-greased lamington tin - about 16cm x 26cm - and bake in a moderate oven for 30-40 minutes (25 minutes in a fan-forced) or until browned.
