Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Steam cubed zucchini and chopped onion till slightly tender
  2. Melt butter and spread over bottom of 9 x 13 pan or 4 qt casserole pan
  3. Spread 1/2 bag of cubed stuffing over butter
  4. In a bowl mix cream of chicken soup and sour cream together with milk
  5. Add seasonings
  6. Add vegetables to bowl and mix
  7. Pour over stuffing in pan
  8. Add other 1/2 of bag of stuffing over veggie/soup mixture
  9. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or till bubbly and hot
