Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle grated zucchini with salt and let stand for 30 minutes in a colander.
  2. Squeeze out water in kitchen towel.
  3. Put zucchini in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Take one Tbsp at a time and form patties. Dip each patty into flour.
  5. Fry patties in olive oil until golden brown.
