Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp vanilla , plus
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Grease generously bottoms of 2 loaf pans.
  3. Blend all ingredients on low 1 minute.
  4. Beat at medium speed 1 minute.
  5. Pour into pans.
  6. Bake 45-50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Cool and Enjoy!
