Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 cups zucchini
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. MIX eggs, sugar, oil, vinegar, zucchini and vanilla.
  2. Then add flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
  3. Pans.
  4. Bake 16 minutes at 350°F.
