Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup oil (can be substatued with apple sauce or yogurt)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup nuts, chopped (optional)

Directions:

  1. Mix together and pour into greased loaf pans (2 regular or 6 small) and bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean 350 degrees.
