  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Soften onion and zucchini in a bit of water, drain and saute 10 minutes.
  2. Mix them with all the other ingredients and put into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes, to a golden color. This is almost like a quiche.
