Zucchini and Split Pea Soep

Ingredients:

  • 1200 g zucchini
  • 150 g onion
  • 40 g bacon
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 100 g celery
  • 25 ml olive oil

Directions:

  1. Onions in olive oil until a little brown
  2. Add celery , bacon and garlic
  3. Add peas that were soaked over night and sprinkle with coriader
  4. Add water, stock and thyme and curry leaves
  5. Let it boil for 15 minutes adding also about 400 g of the zucchini
  6. Add more water, another stock and rest of zucchini
  7. Let boil for 30 minutes
