Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a medium bow, blend together both sugars and butter until creamy.
  3. Add egg, milk and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, stir together flour, salt and baking soda.
  5. Add to the sugar mixture and blend well.
  6. Stir in ZOOM cereal and nuts.
  7. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on a lightly greased cookie sheet. (I use parchment paper.).
  8. Bake 12 minutes or until light golden brown.
  9. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheets 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  10. Variations: Prepare cookies as directed up to Step #6 and, if desired stir in any of the following: 1 cup chocolate chips, 1 cup raisins or other dried fruit, 2/3 cup flaked coconut, 1/2 cup peanut butter, or 1/2 teaspoon of your favorite ground spice such as pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, etc.
