Zesty Skillet Supper

Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can chili beans
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Brown beef in large skillet with cover.
  2. Add remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese.
  7. Cover and simmer 5 more minutes.
